INGREDIENTS
3/4 lb. pasta*
1 cup unsalted butter ( roughly 2 sticks)
half to 1 tsp. of crushed red pepper flakes
1 lb. of crab meat ( flaked )
1 tbs. grated lemon zest
2 tbs. chopped Italian parsley ( curly)
salt and white pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Cook pasta according to directions
Few minutes before pasta is done, melt butter in a large skillet over medium low heat
Stir in red pepper flakes to taste
Add crab meat, stirring gently for about 1 to 2 minutes
As soon as pasta is finished, drain and toss with crab and butter mixture
Add lemon zest, season with salt and pepper
Garnish with parsley and serve immediately
