INGREDIENTS
10 medium sized white mushrooms
1 large onion
1 can of hearts of palm
1 can of artichokes
4 tbs. of oil
5 tbs. of mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
1 clove of garlic ( finely chopped)
crackers or pretzels ( finely chopped as a topping
DIRECTIONS
Fry onion in the oil in a sauce pan until golden
Slice the hearts of palm on an angle and chop the artichokes in a bowl and mix all together
Fill the mushrooms and over fill slightly
Sprinkle finely crushed crackers or pretzels on top of the mushrooms
Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 15 to 18 mins.
