| parmesan wafers with baby dill shrimp |

INGREDIENTS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
10 oz. freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. of baby shrimp ( peeled, deveined, and cooked)
6 stalks of dill ( chopped)
1 garlic clove ( finely chopped)
1 tbs. of Italian dressing
DIRECTIONS
Take tablespoon of cheese and place onto a parchment sheet (allow space for spreading)
Flatten each cheese mound into a 2 inch round mound ( should be almost paper thin)
Bake until golden (about 8 to 10 mins.)
Using a metal spatula, remove the wafers from the sheet and place them on parchment lined rolling pin....or any curved shape
Allow to cool
Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and scoop onto the parmesan wafers
* Best served with Dirty Martinis or Peach Cosmopolitans
