INGREDIENTS
1 can of cooked chick peas ( about a "soup can sized" container)
3/4 cup of tahini sauce
2 cloves of garlic
juice of 1 orange plus pulp
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Place chick peas, tahini, garlic, juice, salt and pepper in a food processor
Process until smooth adding a little more water if necessary
Serve with radishes, bell pepper, celery, or carrots
Serve chilled and drain the hummus rinsing well under cold water
