INGREDIENTS
13 oz. quick cook couscous
4 oz. butter or margarine (unsalted) and cubed
4 tbs. chopped fresh mint
3 tbs. sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS
* (Couscous should be measured out in cups) One cup of couscous equals one cup of water
Stir butter and mint into a pan of boiling water
Pour evenly over the couscous and cover tightly with plastic wrap
Leave to stand for 5 mins.
Meanwhile, sesame seeds should be toasted to a golden brown color
Uncover couscous and fluff with fork
Add sesame seeds and season with salt and pepper
