INGREDIENTS
(For Meatballs portion)
3/4 lb. of ground beef
1/4 lb. of onions ( finely chopped)
1 1/2 cup of water
salt and pepper to taste
combine water and onions to a food processor and blend
add cooked ground beef and salt and pepper to taste
after mixed, spoon out into bite sized meatballs and place in a baking dish
bake in oven at 400 degrees for 15 mins.
3 cups of cut green beans
2 cups of baby carrots
14 1/2 oz. canned beef broth
2 tsp. of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. of allspice
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 14 oz. cans of chopped tomatoes
DIRECTIONS
In a dutch style oven or baking dish combine meatballs, green beans, carrots, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, allspice, and cinnamon
Bring to a boil and reduce heat
Simmer covered for 10 mins.
Stir undrained tomatoes in and return to boiling
Reduce heat and simmer covered for an additional 7 to 10 mins. until vegetables are tender
