INGREDIENTS
3 potatoes
1 tbs. chopped fresh mint
1 tbs. fresh cilantro ( chopped)
3 tbs. mango juice
1 tsp. of fresh crushed black peppercorns
1 fresh jalapeno pepper ( chopped)
4 tbs. of margarine or butter
DIRECTIONS
Boil potatoes until soft enough to mash
Mash potatoes with a masher
Blend together the chopped herbs and the remaining ingredients to form paste
Stir mixture and serve warm
