INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup peanut oil
1/2 tbs. minced garlic
2 tbs. medium mild curry powder
1 tbs. ground cumin
1/2 tbs. ground coriander
2 tbs. pureed red chili powder
3/4 tsp. kosher salt
4 to 4 1/2 lbs. of chicken wings ( rinsed and patted dry)
DIRECTIONS
Place yogurt, oil, garlic, curry, cumin, coriander, chili powder, and salt into a bowl
Cut wings into 2 separate parts and mix all together in the bowl
* Best to use ceramic or glass bowl
Let sit in refrigerator for at least 2 hours
Remove wings from marinade and scrape excess
Grill over medium direct heat for about 12 to 15 mins. ( cooked thru)
When pierced with a knife, the skin near the bone should not be pink
* Best served with yogurt dip ( yogurt, grated cucumber, minced fresh mint, salt to taste)
