INGREDIENTS
2 lbs. extra lean ground beef
2 tbs. Montreal Steak Seasoning
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1/4 pineapple chopped finely
1 can of pineapple rings for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and form into patties
Chill patties before grilling or pan searing for at least 20 mins.
Over medium heat grill for at least 4 or 5 mins. on each side
Pineapple rings can be served alongside the patties for an extra Hawaiian feel
