INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup butter
juice of half a lemon
2 tbs. of honey
2 lbs. of yellow dates
2 cups of whipped cream
( extra honey )

DIRECTIONS
Melt butter in a skillet and add lemon juice and honey
Remove from heat when all is melted and mixed
Place dates on grill over medium low heat and brush well with the mixture
Cook until golden and sizzling ( turning several times)

Serve with bowl of whipped cream and bowl of honey for dipping
