INGREDIENTS
1 tbs. snipped fresh thyme
3 cups chicken broth
1 large carrot thinly sliced
2 stalks of celery chopped
1 cup of chopped cooked chicken breast
1 cup sliced zucchini
10 oz. of alfredo sauce
1/4 cup of diced sweet red peppers
DIRECTIONS
In a dutch oven or large cooking pot combine chicken
broth, carrots, and celery and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat once it starts to boil and simmer for 10 mins.
Stir in chicken and zucchini and bring to a boil again
Add alfredo sauce, thyme, and sweet red peppers
Return to heating until completely heated through.
