INGREDIENTS
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts ( washed and halved) pat dry
Montreal Seasoning for Chicken ( NO SALT ADDED)
Sprinkle of Lawry's Seasoning Salt
For Tomato Salsa:
4 tomatoes ( seeded and chopped)
1/2 cup finely diced red onion
1 jalapeno pepper finely diced
2 tbs. fresh lime juice
1 1/2 tbs. light olive oil
2 tbs. chopped cilantro
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
For Chicken:
Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat until very hot
Season both sides of the chicken
Grill chicken on both sides until firm and no pink color is showing
Transfer to warm plates and add tomato salsa to the top of the chicken and serve
