INGREDIENTS
1 lb. semi-sweet chocolate
1 cup toasted walnuts (chopped)
1 to 1 1/2 toasted Matza farfel
1/4 cup sugar
DIRECTIONS
Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil
Melt chocolate in double boiler
Stir sugar into chocolate.
Once sugar is allowed to break down, add in walnuts and
farfel
Mix well and using a tablespoon, spoon out onto baking
sheet and refrigerate until firm .
