INGREDIENTS
3/4 lb. of pork tenderloin ( cut diagonally about 20 slices)
1 tbs. reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tbs. rice vinegar
1 tbs. oyster sauce
1 tbs. of honey
2 tsp. of sesame oil ( dark is preferred)
1 tbs. of ginger ( grated and peeled)
1 garlic clove minced
20 scallions or as many you have of tenderloin slices, cut into 3 inch long lengths
DIRECTIONS
Between 2 sheets of wax paper, place pork slices
With a mallet or rolling pin, gently tap each slice to flatten slightly
Combine soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, honey, ginger, oil, garlic into a bowl
Add pork and let stand for 10 mins.
Line broiler rack with foil for easy clean up
Wrap a slice of pork around each scallion
Lay pork with seam down on the broiler rack and broil 4 inches from the heat until meat is brown.
Scallions should be tender as well. ( roughly 4 to 6 mins. )
Serve hot!!
