Chicago IL & Wheeling IL: NBC 5 /Telemundo signed
a marketing partnership with Garden Fresh Market today.
Garden Fresh Market(GFM),
Chicagoland's fastest growing grocery chain, will have
Category-Exclusive sponsorship of NBC 5’s Weather+Plus.
Designated GFM stores will be equip with weather stations and
included in newscast neighborhood locale mentions. NBC
5/Telemundo will produce General and Hispanic television
commercials promoting Garden Fresh Market diverse grocery items
and their “Worlds Best Produce Delivered Fresh To Our Stores 7
Days a Week” campaign.
To help achieve promotion of
Garden Fresh Market’s wide variety of ethnic and brand names,
NBC 5 has developed a Recipe segment that will air during the
4:30 NBC5 News. This program will be supported on NBC 5 and
Telemundo 44 internet where the weekly sale items for Garden
Fresh Market will be posted for the customer shopping
convenience.
Garden Fresh Market, founded in
1980, is a “family-style” grocery store. Adi Mor CEO GFM, began
his community-based business by stocking Garden Fresh Market
with the freshest fruits and vegetables available at the market.
Adi’s 1-truck operation has grown to a fleet of trailers that
arrive every morning at each of the Garden Fresh Markets. With
this enterprise of trucking equipment Adi is able to keep his
commitment to his customers, “Worlds best produce delivered
fresh to our stores 7 days a week.”

NBC will be creating a special recipe segment during the 4:30
news developed just for GFM. Chef Moshe Aliel of GFM will be
promoting seasonal produce and specialty grocery items found at
GFM through his personal recipe library. “Rain or Shine, we can
add flavor to life with fruits and vegetable from Garden Fresh
Market.”
Brant Miller, NBC 5 prime time weather Meteorologist “We are
pleased to add Neighborhood weather stations to 3 Garden Fresh
Market locations, Northbrook, Arlington Heights and Round Lake
Beach. These positions will add a close up look to our local
forecast in these communities.”
