Assistant
Duties will include:
- Receiving,
reviewing, and entering of vendor invoices
- Checking vendor
statements
- Taking inquiry calls
from vendors
- Filing
- Other duties as
assigned
- Excellent
organizational, verbal, and customer service skills
are necessary.
- Proficiency in all
standard PC skills and applications, knowledge of
QuickBooks helpful.
- Individual must be
detail oriented, self-motivated, have the ability to
troubleshoot calls, work within deadlines, and
handle multiple tasks at one time.
Full Time Hours: 8:00
– 4:30 Monday – Friday
