Garden Fresh Market – Corporate Office (Wheeling, IL)
Assistant


Duties will include:

  • Receiving, reviewing, and entering of vendor invoices
  • Checking vendor statements
  • Taking inquiry calls from vendors
  • Filing
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and customer service skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in all standard PC skills and applications, knowledge of QuickBooks helpful.
  • Individual must be detail oriented, self-motivated, have the ability to troubleshoot calls, work within deadlines, and handle multiple tasks at one time.

Full Time Hours: 8:00 – 4:30 Monday – Friday
Possible Part Time may also available for this position
