Accounts Payable Assistant


Duties will include:

  • Assisting with all aspects of the Accounts Payable/Receivable process
  • Verifying accuracy of invoices and pricing
  • Handling vendor calls, inquiries, and research
  • Filing and pulling of invoices
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and customer service skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in all standard PC skills and applications, knowledge of QuickBooks helpful.
  • Individual must be proactive, detail oriented, self-motivated, work within deadlines, and handle multiple tasks at one time.

Full Time Hours: 8:00 4:30 Monday Friday
Possible Part Time may also available for this position
