Accounts Payable
Assistant
Duties will include:
- Assisting with
all aspects of the Accounts Payable/Receivable
process
- Verifying
accuracy of invoices and pricing
- Handling vendor
calls, inquiries, and research
- Filing and
pulling of invoices
- Other duties as
assigned
- Excellent
organizational, verbal, and customer service
skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in
all standard PC skills and applications,
knowledge of QuickBooks helpful.
- Individual must
be proactive, detail oriented, self-motivated,
work within deadlines, and handle multiple tasks
at one time.
Full Time Hours:
8:00 4:30 Monday Friday
